Carson Overstreet retains the rights to the images of all original artwork. This means that images of a purchased piece of artwork belong to the artist. The artist may choose to create prints of said images or license said images which may then be reproduced for retail purposes.

By purchasing a painting from Carson Overstreet and this website, you understand, acknowledge and accept that Carson Overstreet holds the rights to the image of the painting and may license and reproduce the image as she sees fit Please feel free to contact the artist with any questions.
